Mycotoxin detection by nanopipette

Mycotoxins are secondary metabolites produced by fungi that are capable of causing disease and death in humans and animals. In this paper, we showed that antibody functionalized nanopipettes can detect HT-2 toxin with a detection limit of 100 fg/ml and compared the results with conventional sandwich assay techniques.
