Local Delivery from a Nanopipette on Live Cells

We used nanopipettes to locally stimulate sensory neurons with capsaicin, the active ingredient in chili pepper and a molecule currently used as a model stimulus to study pain. The local stimulation allows repeated stimulation of neurons without desensitization.
